The National Weather Service in Riverton Wyoming continues the Flood Warning for the following river in Wyoming... Bear River below Pixley Dam affecting Lincoln County. .Mountain snowmelt will continue to slow due to cooler temperatures, decreasing flows on tributaries feeding the Bear River. Water levels are expected to gradually decrease through the week as a result. For the Bear River...including Pixley Dam, downstream toward Cokeville...minor flooding is forecast. ...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE... * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue. * WHERE...Bear River below Pixley Dam. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 7.5 feet, Bankfull stage.
