A cold front will move into the area from the north tonight and
stall near the east slopes of the Laramie Range Thursday. East of
this front, high moisture content and east upsloping winds will
interact with the front to create thunderstorms that are capable of
producing very heavy rainfall. Heavy rainfall and areas that
experience training thunderstorms may see an increased risk of flash
flooding Thursday and Friday.

* WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska and Wyoming, including the
following areas, in panhandle Nebraska, Banner County, Box Butte
County, Cheyenne County, Dawes County, Kimball County, Morrill
County, Northern Sioux County, Scotts Bluff County and Southern
Sioux County. In Wyoming, Converse County Lower Elevations, East
Laramie County, East Platte County, Goshen County and Niobrara
County.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
