A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT FOR FRANKLIN...STEPHENS...HABERSHAM AND HART COUNTIES... At 729 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 miles south of Clarkesville to 6 miles northeast of Homer to near Commerce, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Toccoa, Hartwell, Clarkesville, Carnesville, Cornelia, Baldwin, Royston, Reed Creek, Lavonia and Gumlog.
