FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, Florida and southwest
Georgia, including the following areas, in southeast Alabama,
Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston. In Florida, Calhoun,
Central Walton, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf,
Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin,
Inland Gulf, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, Leon, Liberty, North Walton,
South Walton and Washington. In southwest Georgia, Decatur, Early,
Grady, Miller and Seminole.
* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
