A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM MDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL WELD AND EAST CENTRAL LARIMER COUNTIES...
At 704 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wellington, or
11 miles northeast of Fort Collins, moving southwest at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. People and
animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to
roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Hail may accumulate
on roadways causing hazardous travel.
Locations impacted include...
Northeastern Fort Collins and Wellington.
