In southern Vermont, Bennington, Eastern Windham and Western Windham. * WHEN...Until 9 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected in the watch area into this evening, with localized rainfall amounts of up to around 2 inches possible where storms move over the same areas.
