FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT WEDNESDAY FOR EAST CENTRAL COBB, NORTHWESTERN DEKALB, SOUTH CENTRAL FORSYTH, EAST CENTRAL FULTON AND NORTHWESTERN GWINNETT COUNTIES... At 948 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
