In southern New Jersey...Ocean. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1201 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain across portions of the advised area. Pockets of minor flooding is still ongoing, especially as one moves closer to the coast where up to 4.0 inches of rain has fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Matawan, Manasquan, and Farmingdale. - This includes the following highways...
