A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CST FOR SOUTHEASTERN SIMPSON AND SOUTHWESTERN ALLEN COUNTIES... At 504 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 10 miles northeast of Portland, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
