For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Avery, Yancey, Mitchell, Caldwell Mountains, Burke Mountains and McDowell Mountains Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Monday. For the High Wind Warning, from 1 AM to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected.
