* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Kennebec River at North Sidney.
* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Portions of Lithgow Street in Winslow
floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 PM EST Monday the stage was 19.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 PM EST Monday was 19.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.4
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage early Thursday morning.
