* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the
following areas, Chesterfield, Northern Lancaster and Southern
Lancaster.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Ongoing line of storms in the watch area with efficient rain
rates may lead to flash flooding.
