FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of eastern and southeastern Massachusetts, including the following counties, in eastern Massachusetts, Norfolk. In southeastern Massachusetts, Plymouth. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EST. * IMPACTS...FLooding is still occurring along the Old Swamp River in South Weymouth. This is a result of the continued runoff from the earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding of streets and other poor drainage areas will also continue to be an issue. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1125 AM EST, Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen and runoff from the earlier heavy rain will continue to result in flooding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
