* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...In Connecticut, Litchfield County. In New York,
Western Greene, Western Ulster and Eastern Dutchess Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts will occur in
higher terrain areas and along north and west facing slopes.
