* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
25 degrees.
* WHERE...Inland Volusia, Lake, Orange, and Seminole Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For Orange County, very cold wind chills
are mainly expected in the western and northern portions of the
county, west of I-4 and the Orlando Metro Area.
