Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills
as low as 10 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Kentucky and south central,
southwest and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST
