Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as
low as 10 above zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and
southeast Georgia.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 AM EST this
morning. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight
tonight to 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
