FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 AM PST THIS MORNING FOR
NORTHERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by moderate to locally heavy rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portions of northern San Diego County, including
Fallbrook and Palomar Mountain.
* WHEN...Until 930 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 742 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated areas of moderate to locally heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between
0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oceanside, Vista, Valley Center, Fallbrook, eastern Camp
Pendleton, Escondido, San Marcos, Palomar Mountain State
Park, Palomar Mountain and Hwy 79 Between Oak Grove And
Aguanga.
