deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Massachusetts...
Charles River At Dover affecting Norfolk and Middlesex Counties.
For the Charles River...including Dover...Minor flooding is forecast.
...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Charles River at Dover.
* WHEN...Until late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, People living along the Charles River
should prepare for flooding of low lying areas along the river.
Susceptible locations include low lying areas along Fisher Street
in Needham and a small area on the South Natick and Wellesley line
along River Street.

- At 10:45 AM EST Sunday the stage was 4.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 5.0 feet this afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
