* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and
northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. Hazardous
travel is expected Tuesday morning.
