* WHERE...St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw,
Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be some modest improvement in
visibilities this afternoon with rainfall, however, it is
expected to be temporary.
