* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Navidad River near Speaks.
* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins with the
approaches to the FM 530 bridge inundated and the gage cut off.

- At 2:00 PM CST Friday the stage was 26.8 feet.
