FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Belmont, Jefferson OH and Monroe and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke, Marshall and Ohio. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1107 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
