THURSDAY...
* WHAT...South winds 20 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Santa Cruz Mountains.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts around 55 mph are possible along
ridge tops and locally above 60 mph on the highest peaks.
