* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of 6 to 12 inches in the most persistent band.
* WHERE...Southwestern St. Lawrence County.
* WHEN...Through 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible at
times. Gusty winds will result in low visibility due to
blowing snow.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A lake snow band has developed across the
St. Lawrence Valley this morning and will continue into Sunday
afternoon, before shifting south of the region by Sunday night.
