Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If
traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and
visibilities.

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
PM and this evening of just an inch or so, but winds gusting as
high as 45 mph will result in GREATLY reduced visibility at
times along with some drifting snow in open areas. Wind chill
values will be in the teens.
* WHERE...Niagara, Northern Erie, and Genesee counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
