Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
county, Sonoma.
* WHEN...Until 715 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be
passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 955 PM PST, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. The
Mark West Creek near Mirabel Heights and the Green Valley
Creek at Martinelli Road remain elevated in minor flood
stage. Between 3.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.

Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Cotati, South Santa
Rosa Cdp, Forestville and Graton.
