* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Alabama, including the following
county, Mobile and southeast Mississippi, including the following
counties, George, Greene, Perry and Stone.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 316 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Midtown Mobile, Downtown Mobile, Prichard, Tillmans Corner,
Saraland, Theodore, Chickasaw, Satsuma, Grand Bay, Wiggins,
Citronelle, Lucedale, Creola, Chunchula, Perkinston, McHenry,
Gulfcrest, Axis, Mount Vernon and McLain.
