Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
At 1051 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over The Intersection Of Highway 29 And Ranch Road 1222, or near Hext, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Kimble, southeastern Menard and northwestern Mason Counties, including the following locations...
