Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Leon, Anderson and Freestone Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trinity River near Long Lake (Oakwood). * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 42.0 feet, Moderate flooding of numerous ranches along the river is expected. The Coffield Unit prison farm and adjacent ranch lands will be moderately flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 34.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Flood stage is 35.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to 41.7 feet Monday evening.
