streams.

- At 145 PM HST, radar indicated heavy rain over downtown
Honolulu. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per
hour. Heavy rain is also occurring along West Oahu.

Honolulu, Waipio, Mililani, Pearl City, Waikele, Wahiawa,
Wheeler Field, Waipahu, Aiea, Kunia, Halawa, Waiahole,
Waikane, Schofield Barracks, Salt Lake, Kahaluu, Moanalua,
Ahuimanu, Iroquois Point and Ewa Beach.
