deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, southeastern Allegheny, northwestern Fayette,
southeastern Washington and southwestern Westmoreland.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.

Bethel Park, McMurray, McKeesport, Gastonville, West Mifflin,
Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Whitehall, South Park Township,
Jefferson Hills, Pleasant Hills, White Oak, Monessen,
Clairton, California, Donora, Glassport, Mount Pleasant,
Scottdale and Monongahela.
