* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Marshall and Nemaha. * WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 510 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding across highway 63 to the north of Seneca, with water covering the road. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sabetha, Seneca, Frankfort, Centralia, Axtell, Bern, Corning, Goff, Vermillion, Oneida, Baileyville, Lillis and Woodlawn.
