Jackson Counties.

Little Sioux River at Spencer affecting Clay County.
Little Sioux River above Spencer / Highway 18 affecting Clay
County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...West Fork Des Moines River near Windom.
* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins along several
stretches of the river and Island Park in Windom floods in several
areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 19.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Friday morning and continue falling to 17.7 feet
