Michigan...
Grand River at Jackson affecting Jackson County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River at Jackson.
* WHEN...From early this morning to late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Expect moderate flooding of residences
along High Street, Lewis Street, and Losey Street. High water
would disrupt traffic and damage residences.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 14.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise slightly from its
current level early this morning then fall below flood stage
by this evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.8 feet on 08/12/2021.
