Water floods several secondary roads southeast of Kinston as well as Highway 11. Small streams across Lenoir, southern Pitt and northern Craven Counties flood secondary roads and may affect some homes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 19.7 feet Tuesday morning.
