* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 434 and 435. Fire weather
zones 417 through 429, and 432.
* WIND...West to northwest winds 20 to 40 mph with gusts to 60
mph.
* HUMIDITY...Afternoon minimum humidity of 10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop may spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
