contribute to extreme fire behavior.
The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening.
* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts near 30 to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 to 22 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
