* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff from earlier rainfall is expected to continue. * WHERE...A portion of Central Kansas, including the following counties, Ellsworth and Rice. * WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM CDT, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain had fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lyons, Sterling, Little River, Chase, Bushton, Geneseo, Alden, Lorraine, Raymond, Frederick and Kanopolis Lake.
