IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Sanford, Southern Pines, Carthage, Pinehurst, Whispering Pines, Broadway, Taylortown, Vass, Cameron, and Lemon Springs. This includes US 1 between Mile Markers 69 and 71.
