deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The Palisades Burn Scar in southwestern Los Angeles County.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in and below the recent burn area. In
addition, minor mud and debris flows can be expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 821 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is possible
in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen.

The Palisades Burn Scar, Eastern Malibu, Topanga State Park,
Pacific Palisades, Topanga Canyon Road through the Santa
Monica Mountains and Mandeville Canyon.
