* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The Palisades Burn Scar in southwestern Los Angeles County. * WHEN...Until 930 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in and below the recent burn area. In addition, minor mud and debris flows can be expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is possible in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... The Palisades Burn Scar, Eastern Malibu, Topanga State Park, Pacific Palisades, Topanga Canyon Road through the Santa Monica Mountains and Mandeville Canyon.
