Winds gusting as high as 40 mph as the precipitation arrives, but will start to taper once snow begins to fall. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 7 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
