* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San Saba and Sutton. * WHEN...From Wednesday evening through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An approaching upper level storm system will combine with well above normal moisture to produce several rounds of heavy rainfall Wednesday Night into Thursday and Thursday Night.
