* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Across Southeast Ohio,
Northeast Kentucky, and the Mid-Ohio Valley, 1 to 3 inches of snow
accumulations, along with a light glaze of ice. Across the West
Virginia lowlands, up to 1 inch of snow, and a light glaze to one
tenth of an inch of ice. Across the mountains of West Virginia, 1
to 3 inches of snow and up to two tenths of an inch of ice.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
