expected. The highest terrain may see gusts up to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Most of Modoc County. This includes Tionesta, Canby,
Alturas, Adin and Likely. This includes parts of Highways 139,
299, and 395 as well as Cedar Pass on Highway 299.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. A combination precipitation and gusty
winds may cause periods of low visibility.
