* WHERE...The southern and central Shasta Valley in central Siskiyou
County, including Weed, Gazelle, Grenada, Montague and portions of
the Interstate 5 corridor.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
