* WHERE...Central Douglas County, including Roseburg, Sutherlin,
Elkton, Drain and Camas Valley. Some of the typically colder spots
south of Canyonville, like Glendale, Azalea and Tiller could be as
low as 30 degrees.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
