For the Portage River...including Woodville...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Portage River at Woodville. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Homes in Pemberville upstream of Woodville inundated with a few feet of water and cut off. Water reaches the buildings in the business district. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.6 feet this evening.
