kt and seas 7 to 10 ft. For the Gale Warning, west winds 30 to
35 kt and seas 11 to 15 ft expected. For the second Small
Craft Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 11 to 15
ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM AKDT
this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM this morning to
4 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory,
from 4 PM this afternoon to 6 AM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
