The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Indiana...
White River at Petersburg and Hazleton.
.Heavy rainfall through the first half of last week produced minor
flooding on the lower White River. Flooding is expected to conclude
at Petersburg by Thursday afternoon and at Hazleton by Friday
evening. Dry or light spotty rainfall through Friday night will give
a pause to flooding issues for at least that long across central and
southern Indiana.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...White River at Petersburg.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flooding affects low agricultural lands,
low oil fields and closes Bottoms Rd...Brothers Rd and East
Governors Road in Knox County. In agricultural season...farmers
are concerned at this stage.

- At 9:30 PM EDT Wednesday /8:30 PM CDT Wednesday/ the stage
was 17.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:30 PM EDT Wednesday /8:30 PM CDT Wednesday/ was
19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.
